As for the weight of the models, well, to be honest, it's still 50/50, for some 2-3.5 MB is not that much and will not cause a drop in fps, but there are people who still have weak PCs in 2025 that are not able to handle the same old GTA5 on medium-high. But still, if you make LQ style models, then it's best to stick to them, models that come with a weight of 2.5 MB+ I call medium poly, that is, something between low and high quality. I personally make models in LQ and medium poly, it all depends on what model I want to make.
